Job summary

Ilocatum seeks an experienced Production Control & Materials Supervisor to oversee daily production scheduling, material coordination, and inventory control at its new manufacturing facility in McDonough, GA.

The role ensures materials are available to support schedules, maintains accurate inventory records, coordinates with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to minimize disruptions, and drives continuous improvement in planning and ERP/MRP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years in production control, material planning, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, MRP, inventory control, and MES/SAP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain daily/weekly production schedules based on demand, material availability, and capacity.
• Monitor production output and communicate adjustments to production teams.
• Collaborate with production leadership to resolve conflicts and minimize downtime.
• Track production performance and provide updates to management.
• Oversee inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; address shortages and discrepancies.
