Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is hiring a Business Intelligence Developer focused on Power BI to empower sales analytics and strategic decision-making. You will design dashboards, translate business needs into scalable reports, and partner with analysts, IT, and stakeholders to deliver insights.

This role balances day-to-day delivery with capability building, maintains the DataMart and analytics assets, and supports governance and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI's, improve forecasting, and turn analytics into actionable sales strategies.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support sales insights and business decision-making
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve usability and performance
• Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business priorities
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment
• Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions to ensure reliable day-to-day reporting support
• Contribute to data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting enhancements and platform changes
• Help maintain the reliability, scalability, and integrity of the DataMart and related analytics assets
• Identify opportunities to improve report design, user experience, and overall analytics effectiveness
• Follow governance, documentation, and development standards to support sustainable and consistent analytics delivery
