CVS Health is seeking a senior Business Intelligence Developer to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics for the commercial sales organization. You will translate business requirements into scalable reports and data models, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and improved decision support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI's, improve forecasting, and translate analytics into actionable sales strategies.
• Strong technical and analytical capability in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for sales insights and decision-making.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve usability and performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting aligned to priorities.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
• Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions to ensure reliable day-to-day reporting.
• Assist with data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting enhancements and platform changes.
• Maintain DataMart reliability, scalability, and integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve report design, user experience, and analytics effectiveness.
• Follow governance, documentation, and development standards for sustainable analytics delivery.
