CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer focused on Power BI to translate business needs into scalable dashboards and analytics for the commercial sales environment.

You will partner with analysts, IT, and stakeholders to improve data models, reporting, and usability, balancing day-to-day delivery with longer-term capability building, and supporting forecasting and performance insights.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or BI.
Strong Power BI and SQL skills with data modeling and reporting.
Experience turning business needs into dashboards and insights.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support sales insights and business decision-making.
Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and data sources.
Develop and optimize data models and report logic to improve usability and performance.
Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and IT to deliver reporting aligned to priorities.
Support forecasting, performance reporting and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
