Job summary

Engine, the AI-native platform for intelligent travel, seeks a Product Recruiter to own hiring for Product Delivery—from Product Manager to Design and Growth. You’ll partner with C-level and Directors to build the org responsible for shaping how our products look, feel, and function for years to come.

This hands-on role builds sourcing, interview processes, and hiring bars for design at Engine, from ground up. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years or deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in-house.
• Experience hiring Product Managers, Product Design, Growth/Marketing, and related roles.
• Proven ability to design and scale recruiting processes from scratch.
• Strong portfolio review and design evaluation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management with C-level and Director partners.
• Data-driven approach: pipeline metrics, benchmarks, and comp data.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment for Product Delivery roles: sourcing, screening, portfolio review, interview design, closing, and offers.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth leaders as a talent advisor.
• Redesign Product Design hiring: rubrics, loops, review standards, calibration sessions, scorecards.
• Develop market maps and long-term pipelines of top creative talent.
• Use data to forecast pipeline health and influence decisions.
• Manage senior stakeholders with speed, clarity, and confidence.
• Represent Engine's brand to top-tier candidates from first outreach to offer.
• Flex into GTM recruitment as priorities shift.
