Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Product Excellence (PEx) Manager to lead the technical direction for Facilities Management and Core Business Services. You will be the most senior technical member of the PEx team, architecting and deploying AI-enabled solutions directly with strategic customers in production environments.

You will partner with product and engineering to set standards, drive adoption, manage escalations, and mentor the team.

• Experience architecting AI-enabled workflows with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong ability to set technical direction and define standards across multiple engagements.
