ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Inbound Product Manager for the Now Engage platform. You will own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and AI-enabled capabilities, partnering with business, engineering, and architecture to deliver high-impact experiences for customers, partners, and employees.

You will guide cross-functional teams, define requirements, and measure outcomes against time-to-value goals, while balancing execution risk and strategic priorities in a remote-friendly, globally

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience with internal platforms or enterprise tooling.
• Strong technical depth in system design, integrations, data flows, and APIs.
• Fluency in AI product capabilities and enterprise integration.
• Excellent written communication for engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Now Engage product strategy and roadmap.
• Drive requirements, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and outcome measurement.
• Align with senior leaders, business stakeholders, engineering, and architecture on priorities and impact.
• Apply technical judgment across system design, integrations, data flows, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Identify practical AI opportunities to improve customer visibility and time to value.
