Job summary

Qualifications
- Facilities Management and Employee Workflows domain expertise is mandatory.
- Overall 7+ years of work experience with ServiceNow platform in a technical or techno-functional customer-facing role.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect / Certified Technical Architect certifications are desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and new product adoption. Drive AI-driven capabilities that reduce time-to-value.
- Architect solutions on our products including agentic AI workflows and data architectures.
- Drive adoption and value realization across your customer base; manage escalations and at-risk accounts.
