Shield AI is seeking a Product Strategy & Operations Sr. Lead for the X-BAT FoS to strengthen strategy, capture materials, and operating rigor within the capture organization.

You will translate leadership direction, customer requirements, and program priorities into compelling materials, proposals, and execution plans, coordinating across teams to deliver high-quality, customer-ready narratives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Master’s with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years.
• 2+ years in management consulting, capture strategy, capture operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience supporting complex defense, aerospace, or government pursuits.
• Strong ability to develop and write detailed RFI/RFP/RFQ materials.
• Exceptional PowerPoint, written communication, editing, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to craft capture storylines, win themes, and differentiated value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine capture strategies for priority domestic and international pursuits.
• Translate customer priorities into differentiated capture approaches and messaging.
• Create leadership presentations, pursuit-planning materials, and capture artifacts.
• Lead development of analytically rigorous responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Collaborate across technical, program, finance, legal, international, and product teams.
• Ensure materials align with customer requirements and messaging.
• Provide editorial and quality-control for proposals and related materials.
• Support kickoffs, content development, reviews, and color-team activities.
• Track proposal activity and maintain capture trackers and dashboards.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements across capture lifecycle.
