Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations to connect Product, Engineering, and GTM, turning strategy into execution across the product lifecycle. You will build operating systems that help product teams make better decisions, ship with confidence, and prove measurable impact.

This is the first dedicated hire in this function, balancing hands-on work with strategic initiatives. You will drive Voice of Customer programs, establish dashboards, and own unit economics

Qualifikationen

• 6-8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, product or corporate strategy, consulting, or a closely related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully, not just inherited and maintained.
• Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs; you can pull data yourself.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems synthesizing signals from engagement, managers and staff auditors into actionable product signals.
• Establish rigorous mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact via dashboards and KPIs.
• Own the analysis behind major product bets: competitive positioning, expansion areas, unit economics of running agents at scale.
• Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals: planning cycles, roadmap reviews, monthly business reviews.
• Build run-of-business systems that scale as we grow, e.g., launch calendars, intake frameworks, RACI structures.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
