Job summary

Google is seeking a Product and Business Strategy Leader to join the Education Unit in the United States. You will partner with cross-functional teams across GTM, Data Science, PM, Engineering, and UX to shape an integrated user experience across education surfaces and AI offerings.

You will apply business excellence and strategic structure to drive one of Google’s highest-priority initiatives, turning insights into scalable processes and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the operational rhythm across GTM, Marketing, Communications, and Product teams.
• Facilitate alignment forums, monitor priority workstreams, and drive follow-through on key strategic initiatives.
• Manage the end-to-end intake and triage framework for executive engagements.
• Evaluate requests against strategic criteria and produce executive summaries to guide resource allocation.
• Own and steward central stakeholder databases and tracking systems; maintain data integrity and implement tooling integrations.
