Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to shape product and platform strategy across risk-bearing provider organizations, including ACOs and payer-adjacent workflows. Translate client needs, market intelligence, and analytics into differentiated product roadmaps in partnership with TPMs and GMs.

The ideal candidate combines healthcare domain expertise with strategic thinking and strong commercial judgment to deliver scalable analytics solutions and drive market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or healthcare consulting.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, and platform strategy.
• Deep knowledge of risk-bearing provider organizations and value-based care.
• Ability to translate clinical, operational, and commercial requirements into scalable product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's provider analytics and data portfolio.
• Guide product investments from market discovery through commercialization.
• Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and General Managers on go-to-market plans.
• Identify scalable platform capabilities with future market expansion.
