Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Senior Product Strategist to shape product and platform strategy and commercialization across risk-bearing provider orgs, including ACOs. Translate client needs, market intel, and healthcare analytics into differentiated product roadmaps in partnership with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

The role requires experience in healthcare analytics, strong commercial judgment, and ability to identify market opportunities with scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years in product strategy, product management, commercial strategy, or healthcare consulting; payer-adjacent workflows preferred.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, platform strategy, and business planning.
• Experience with risk-bearing provider orgs, claims data, population health, and value-based care.
• Ability to translate clinical, operational, and commercial needs into scalable product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's provider analytics and data portfolio into differentiated products and 12-24 month roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, GM, Marketing, and Sales to guide investments from discovery through commercialization.
• Lead market validation, business cases, and requirements for enabling successful execution by TPMs and Engineering.
• Identify reusable platform capabilities for scale across provider and payer-adjacent workflows.
• Incorporate AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and decision-support to improve value and usability.
