Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Senior Product Strategist to shape product and platform strategy across risk-bearing provider and payer-adjacent analytics. You will translate market intelligence and client insights into differentiated roadmaps with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

The role combines healthcare domain expertise with strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and deliver scalable analytics. Remote work options across the US are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field (preferred).
• 5-8+ years in product strategy, management, or healthcare consulting in risk-bearing settings.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, healthcare analytics, or data platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for provider analytics and data portfolio across 12–24 month roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to drive commercialization.
• Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements for scalable analytics solutions.
• Partner with leadership to translate client needs into differentiated product strategies.
