Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Senior Product Strategist to shape product and platform strategy across risk-bearing provider analytics. You will translate client needs and market insights into differentiated product roadmaps in collaboration with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

The ideal candidate blends healthcare domain expertise with strong commercial judgment to identify market opportunities and deliver scalable analytics solutions across payer-adjacent workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or healthcare consulting.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, platform strategy, and business planning.
• Deep knowledge of risk-bearing provider organizations, including accountable care organizations, healthcare claims, population health, and value-based care.
• Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, and commercial requirements into scalable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience supporting or commercializing enterprise SaaS, healthcare analytics, or data platform solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for provider analytics and related data portfolio by translating market intelligence into differentiated products.
• Guide product investments from market discovery through commercialization with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with General Managers and Product Leadership to evaluate market opportunities and growth areas.
• Lead strategy for opportunities spanning ACOs, specialty care, pharmacy analytics and payer-adjacent workflows.
• Prioritize product investments by market demand, scalability, and commercial value.
• Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements for engineering teams.
• Identify reusable platform capabilities for future expansion.
• Incorporate AI-enabled capabilities to improve value and scalability.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for ACO/risk-bearing provider products and market-facing activities.
• Lead commercialization efforts with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and General Managers.
• Measure product performance and refine strategy based on adoption and feedback.
• Collaborate across teams to align stakeholders and drive execution of initiatives.
• Partner with Client Services to define scalable service and operating models.
