Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: 11 years in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field.
• OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 7 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field.
• OR
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5 years of experience in product/service/project/program management, product design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product development and road mapping processes for multiple products/features, ensuring feature requirements and best practices are met while driving delivery excellence.
• Leads efforts to identify customer needs and market opportunities, guiding teams to develop solutions and validate them.
• Gathers extensive feedback and aligns product capabilities with customers' business goals.
• Performs go-to-market activities, recruits and supports early adopters, and tracks product adoption metrics to optimize adoption and user satisfaction.
