Job summary

FIS is seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead the Corporate Actions product suite across global markets. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution, collaborating with engineering, operations, client-facing teams, and clients to meet regulatory requirements and deliver client value.

Responsibilities include defining the product vision, engaging with clients, translating requirements into specs, and driving KPIs, adoption, and revenue growth while leading a team of product

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in financial services or market infrastructure.
• Proven track record of delivering complex products in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Actions processes and market practices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for Corporate Actions solutions.
• Engage with clients, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business requirements into specifications and user stories.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and risk frameworks.
• Define KPIs and drive adoption and revenue growth.
