Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Delivery and Systems Coordinator to guide a fast-paced Workplace Consulting Digital Solution Technology team. You will drive disciplined delivery, coach teams on best practices, and partner with leads to align roadmaps and priorities.

You will translate features into clear user stories, manage dependencies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while collaborating across technology and business groups in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Delivery leadership within a development team that follows disciplined delivery principles.
Experience with enterprise tools such as Confluence, FlowMetrics, Jira and Miro.
Interest in DevOps, CI/CD, branching strategies and deployment approaches.
Ability to assess technology solutions considering technical and operational dependencies.
Familiarity with patterns to address process gaps, burndown tracking and retrospectives.
Ability to create, interpret and report on delivery metrics to drive improvement.
Mentoring teams and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Proficiency with delivery processes and documentation in software settings.
Certifications (PMP, CAPM, CBAP, Scrum) are a plus but not required.
Knowledge of cloud concepts, APIs and Angular web apps; financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead as a Delivery and Systems Coordinator within a disciplined delivery team.
Coach the development team on best practices and ways of working.
Collaborate with Client Delivery Lead to plan, track, and balance workloads.
Translate features into user stories with business value and acceptance criteria.
Identify blockers and ensure continuous delivery momentum.
Facilitate cross-team meetings for alignment and transparency.
Develop artifacts communicating requirements, workflows and system diagrams.
Drive delivery metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
