Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. in Missouri is seeking a Platform Strategy Specialist to lead business requirements, project management, and implementation of strategic initiatives across investment products and services.

You will build detailed project plans, coordinate with Operations, Compliance, IT, and vendors, and drive adoption through training and deployment, leveraging your data analysis skills and wealth-management knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1+ years' related investment services industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL and VBA preferred.
• Experience with investment product research software such as Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, FactSet, Zephyr StyleAdvisor, or similar.
• Experience with portfolio accounting and performance management software such as Vestmark, APL, Envestnet, Advent, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive business requirements, project management, and implementation for strategic initiatives.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with dependencies.
• Analyze business processes and data to satisfy business needs.
• Organize design review sessions to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, IT, and vendors to develop design requirements.
• Align technology partner plans with project priorities and report progress.
• Support training documentation, adoption plans, and deployment efforts.
