Edward Jones is seeking a Senior Advising Specialist to lead Generations® capabilities for high net worth clients and a network of advisors. The role blends wealth management expertise with technology and data fluency to translate strategic aims into actionable roadmaps.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to define capabilities, develop business cases, and drive enterprise initiatives that improve advisor effectiveness and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HNW/private wealth planning or investment management.

Responsabilités

• Define, enhance, and evolve capabilities, platforms, and operating models to support high net worth clients and advisors.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to inform investment decisions and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Digital, Service, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and other teams throughout the initiative lifecycle.
• Mentor others within Generations® and drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to strengthen advisor and client outcomes.
