Qualifications

• 8+ years in hands-on product management or leadership in B2B software/SaaS.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a product or portfolio.
• Led cross-functional teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.
• Strong craft in discovery, strategy, experimentation, roadmaps and launch.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and tie decisions to outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements from strategy through delivery and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insights into action.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models and governance.
