The role requires 8+ years in B2B software, ownership of strategy and outcomes, and the ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority. Travel about 35% with remote work options.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on product management and/or leadership in B2B software/tech.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product or portfolio.
• Leadership of cross-functional product, engineering and design teams.
• Strong craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps and measurement.
• Recent experience building AI-enabled or agentic products and transforming workflows with AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insights into change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
• Turn effective practices into repeatable tools and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures and use evidence to guide rollout across the portfolio.
