Wolters Kluwer is seeking a senior product leader to drive AI-enabled product development across a global portfolio. You will embed with business-unit teams, scale Agentic PDLC, and lead through expertise, coaching and influence to deliver measurable outcomes.

This remote role requires ~35% travel to work directly with teams and stakeholders while shaping enterprise product strategy and governance at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio.
• Track record of leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and broader AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio practices, governance and metrics.
• Turn effective practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures, demonstrate impact and use evidence to guide broader rollout.
