Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Product Strategy Advisor for Personal Lines, remote nationwide with Hawaii/Alaska exceptions. You will act as a strategic business consultant, monitor regulatory changes, and lead cross-functional initiatives, delivering data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations.

The role requires 6+ years in personal lines P&C, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to lead through influence across management levels.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience with typically 5+ years in personal lines P&C.
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of partners.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive work forward.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Researches and stays current on local regulatory conditions.
• Uses stellar research and analytical skills to present to various management levels and advises others on approaches to market changes and responses to legislative changes.
• Proactively identifies emerging trends and issues in assigned territory, analyzing available data and presenting findings to leadership.
• Performs sophisticated analysis of assigned function or business area and translates findings into appropriate applications, such as process changes, advising strategy.
• Provides interpretation and insight on proposals. Evaluates findings and guides outcome.
• Presents to senior management (regularly up to VP level).
• Supports new product implementation as the SME in the local market.
• Leads and participates in sophisticated, cross-functional projects.
