Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Product Strategy Advisor for a remote role across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). This position serves as a strategic business consultant and market expert, delivering data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations.

You will lead cross-functional projects, support product implementation, and mentor teammates while staying current on regulatory changes and market trends to protect and grow our members’ interests.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in related work experience, with typically 5+ years in personal lines P&C.
• Experience in state product management roles or related functions (pricing, product strategy and development, data science).
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Excellent understanding of insurance concepts.
• Outstanding analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of partners.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive work forward.

Responsibilities

• Researches and stays current on local regulatory conditions.
• Uses stellar research and analytical skills to present to management and advise on market changes and responses to legislative changes.
• Identify emerging trends and issues in assigned territory and present findings to leadership.
• Performs sophisticated analysis of assigned function and translates findings into applications, such as process changes or strategy recommendations.
• Provides interpretation on proposals and guides outcomes; acts as a business consultant to internal partners.
• Collaborates across the organization at all levels and leads cross-functional projects.
