Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Senior Product Strategist for RethinkEd to shape the vision, roadmap and market strategy for products spanning student wellness, social-emotional learning, behavior and special education.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to identify opportunities, translate insights into priorities, and guide experiences that fit real school workflows, using AI tools to speed research.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in K-12 education with focus on student wellness or behavioral health.
Deep understanding of how schools and districts operate and how educators collaborate.
Experience shaping product strategy in education technology.
Proven ability to translate insights into successful products or growth.
Strong communication, analytical and cross-functional leadership.
Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the vision, strategy, positioning and roadmap for RethinkEd’s products.
Identify market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities.
Build business cases grounded in market potential and outcomes.
Partner with Product, design and engineering to align with school workflows.
Monitor performance and influence investment decisions.
Use customer feedback and research to guide product direction.
