We count on our DevOps engineers to empower our users with a rich feature set, high availability, and stellar performance to pursue their missions. We are expanding our customer deployments and seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role involves ensuring a high-quality user experience through tooling and process models, automation, and a deep understanding of our software and platforms. Our enterprise systems are configurable and used by some of the largest businesses worldwide, requiring advanced DevOps skills within our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practice.

DevOps engineers will understand the full architecture of our enterprise product and platforms and be key players in implementing cloud, container, and monitoring capabilities. Reporting to the Manager of Product Software Engineering, this position can be remote. #LI-Remote

You Will:
  • Optimize configurations and software to enhance response times.
  • Configure and employ APM monitoring tools for service level indicators.
  • Use automated tools and runbooks to meet capacity and availability targets.
  • Enhance observed and traced product capabilities for core and growth products.
  • Collaborate with scrum teams and architects to build reliability and responsiveness into our systems.
  • Lead incident management activities for proactive responses.
You Have:
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, focusing on performance and system interaction.
  • Skills in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Experience with SQL Server or Postgres.
  • Knowledge of technologies like Splunk, AppDynamics, Azure cloud automation/AKS.
  • Understanding of networking, cloud, containers, databases, VMs, and OS layers.
  • Experience in SRE and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in Python development.
  • Experience with cloud migration projects.
  • Full stack development skills are a plus.
  • Ability to design and implement solutions creatively in Agile environments.
  • Strong collaborative skills and problem-solving capacity.
