Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is soliciting qualified contractors for a Boeing project, focused on structural and systems engineering for 737 MAX. Roles require independent work, leadership and active participation in design reviews.

Selected candidates will work through a Boeing-approved third party for the duration of the project, with on-site attendance and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and guide others on technical topics.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply Boeing design principles to resolve product and process issues across lifecycle.
• Analyze problems, conduct root cause analysis, and disposition design non-conformances.
• Develop interim and final engineering solutions for technical issues.
• Communicate deviations affecting design intent and safety to stakeholders.
• Contribute to product/process improvements and IPT participation.
