Candidate will apply Lean and Six Sigma, manage data-driven improvements, and drive reliability initiatives across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, operations, or related technical discipline.
• Experience in product reliability, quality engineering, or repair operations.
• 2–4 years in management, supervisory, or cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead product diagnostics and repair strategy across lifecycle.
• Coordinate data for field diagnostics and root cause prioritization.
• Oversee repair operations, technicians, and service centers.
• Manage workload, backlog, capacity, and repair costs.
• Develop repair procedures, guides, and documentation standards.
• Track compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and problem-solving methods.
• Provide technical leadership for escalated repairs and CAPA.
• Analyze warranty, repair, and field data to identify trends.
