Sol-Ark is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to elevate our manufacturing operations in Allen, Texas. You will lead production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams, driving world-class processes and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven success leading safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all plant operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost goals.
• Lead plant leadership teams across production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse.
• Develop operating plans, staffing plans, and performance objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve throughput.
• Oversee cost control, budget management, and labor utilization.
