Sol-Ark is seeking a Repair Technician for our Allen, Texas headquarters. The role focuses on board-level and modular repairs of electronic and low-voltage systems, with emphasis on replacement, assembly rework, connector validation, and firmware updates.
Under general supervision, you will perform repairs, testing, and documentation of RMA cases, maintain an organized workbench, log part usage, and ensure safety and quality standards. The position is not remote.

Under general supervision, the Repair Technician is responsible for analyzing, repairing, and documenting product RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases. This position focuses on board-level and modular repairs without component soldering, emphasizing replacement, assembly rework, connector validation, and firmware updates.
