Job summary

Sol-Ark is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to advance manufacturing operations at our Allen, Texas facility. This onsite, full-time role requires hands-on leadership, building high-performing teams and implementing world-class manufacturing practices.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related field; 7–10+ years manufacturing leadership.
Proven track record leading safety, quality, and cost improvements in a manufacturing setting.
Experience with ERP, inventory control, procurement, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all plant operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
Lead plant leadership teams across production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and related support functions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with business goals and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute operating plans, staffing plans, and performance objectives aligned with company goals.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and efficiency.
