Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, Python, and NixOS.
• Experience with electronics test equipment (power supplies, loads, oscilloscope, generators, spectrum analyzers, sensors).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensuring production test flow.
• Improve and sustain test systems to improve automation, consistency, and test coverage (DfM).
• Develop library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides for fast issue resolution.
• Analyze test data and provide detailed reports to identify defects and improvements.
• Collaborate with design, quality and manufacturing teams to support returns and failure analysis.
