Fivetran is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Engineering PMO, manage complex cross-functional programs, and ensure delivery aligned with business goals. The role emphasizes defining program charters, driving execution, and collaborating with product, data analytics, enablement, and security teams.

The position is based in our Bangalore office as a full-time role, with a focus on building scalable processes and reducing delivery risk across critical initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in technical project/program management.
• Experience with Agile and waterfall project management.
• Familiarity with Jira and PMO processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex topics clearly.
• AI LLMs and AI Agents usage proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Manage key engineering projects and programs from initiation to closing.
• Provide regular status updates across levels of the organization.
• Define program charters, plans and schedules; drive execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Identify risks and resolve issues; maintain inter-team coordination.
