Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is building out a Product Program Management function and seeking Senior Product Program Managers to join embedded teams. You will move programs through the PDLC, surface risks early, and maintain connectivity across product, engineering, and revenue cycle operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning cadence, ensuring decision-driven meetings, and coordinating budgets, forecasts, and vendor activities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in product program management or product-oriented project management.
• Fluency navigating a structured PDLC with gate criteria and phase transitions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Guide programs through the PDLC and gates with documented requirements and clear exit criteria.
• Run planning and delivery rhythm for pods and ensure decisions come from meetings, not updates.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and propose options with a recommendation.
• Support program budgets, forecasts, vendor coordination, and status reporting to leadership.
• Apply established processes and tooling; help improve the operating model each cycle.
• Leverage enterprise AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, and reporting.
• Contribute to building the PM function with playbooks and templates.
