Collins Aerospace in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the ATNAVICS portfolio, overseeing cost, schedule, and technical execution. You will manage a ~35-person team and drive P&L for a $10M+ annual value stream while interfacing with customers and suppliers.

The role emphasizes autonomous leadership, accountability, and executing on the Annual Operating Plan. A security clearance and US citizenship are required.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the military or aerospace/defense industry.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience managing full lifecycle programs from capture through closeout.
• Ability to establish and sustain positive customer relationships.
• Proficiency with EVMS, IMP/IMS, and risk/opportunity management.
• Experience managing multiple contract types (CPIF, CPFF, FFP, DCS, FMS).
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle program management—from pursuit and capture through development, production, delivery, sustainment, and long-term strategic planning.
• This position reports to the Director of Precision Landing Products and leads a team of ~35 to drive P&L for a $10M+ value stream.
• Chair the cross-functional Program Management Team (PMT) ensuring contract management across cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, addressing needs and driving upgrades and ECPs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely technical execution across this system-of-systems portfolio.
