Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to own the product development process from NPI through volume ramp, ensuring milestone execution and on-time delivery across engineering, product management, operations, quality, and sales.

You will lead cross-functional teams to coordinate customer programs, manage risk, and align internal timelines with customer expectations, in a fast-paced, supply-constrained environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or operations in semiconductors.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain ops, and ramp execution.
• Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Program Execution: Own the successful execution of assigned customer programs.
• Volume Ramp & Supply Coordination: Understand forecast and coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and capacity planning.
• Engineering Samples & NPI Management: Track ship dates, lead times, and build status; coordinate cross-functionally for samples.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance: Lead program coordination across multiple functions; establish dashboards and KPIs.
