Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a senior program manager to lead complex product development programs within the Hi-Rel Business Division. You will own execution from inception through customer release, managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will develop integrated plans and budgets, deliver concise status updates to executives, and drive continuous improvements and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analog semiconductor or space systems program management.
• 5+ years leading teams in NPIs for broad market analog products (satellite/space, automotive, etc.).
• Experience in product development flow from concept to production; Automotive or Space RADHard exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product development programs from inception to customer release.
• Own project execution with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality.
• Develop integrated plans, budgets, forecasts, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to meet goals.
