Job summary

Pearson Higher Education is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional, end-to-end programs that span product, engineering, UX, content, and GTM. You will own roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, and OKRs across global teams, ensuring timely delivery and clear decisions.

You will influence senior leaders, maintain program governance, and leverage Jira/JPD/Confluence to drive transparency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or technical program management experience in a technology, product, or software organization.
• Experience leading complex, multi-team programs from planning through launch.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and own roadmaps across distributed teams.
• Strong written communication and facilitation; pre-reads and updates drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plan across product, engineering, UX, content, and go-to-market.
• Prioritize tradeoffs with Product and Engineering leads.
• Drive delivery schedules and launch readiness across globally-distributed teams.
• Surface dependency risks early and provide recommendations.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and drive governance and status reporting.
