Pearson Higher Education is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs spanning product, engineering, UX, content, and go-to-market. You will own schedules, trade-offs, and launch readiness across globally distributed teams, driving decisions and alignment with OKRs.

You will influence senior leaders, manage dependencies, and champion data-driven delivery with strong communication and collaboration across US and international partners.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of program or technical program management experience in a technology, product, or software organization.
• Experience owning program roadmaps and cross-team dependencies across multiple product and engineering teams.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority and manage escalations.
• Strong written communication and facilitation; pre-reads and updates are read and decisions are reached in meetings.

• Own the end-to-end program plan across product, engineering, UX, content, and go-to-market, and the OKRs it delivers.
• Drive delivery schedules and launch readiness across multiple teams, including globally-distributed teams.
• Surface dependency risk early, escalate with a recommendation, and drive mitigations.
• Build strong working relationships with Engineering, Product, UX, Content, Finance, and go-to-market partners across US and international teams.
