Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist in Higher Education Product Program Management to own a program end to end, including roadmap, dependencies, risks, and successful delivery across Product, Engineering, UX, Content, and Go-to-Market.

You will lead a senior, collaborative team, stay hands-on in delivery, and be measured on outcomes and time-to-market. This role requires strong cross-functional influence and a track record of driving complex programs in global settings.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in program or technical program management in a tech, product, or software organization.
• 5+ years leading complex, multi-team programs from planning through launch.
• Experience owning program roadmaps, delivery schedules, and cross-team dependencies across multiple product and engineering teams, including distributed time zones.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority and manage escalations.
• Comfort using delivery data to define success criteria and drive decisions.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end program plan across product, engineering, UX, content, and go-to-market, and the OKRs it delivers each quarter.
• Own prioritization tradeoffs with Product and Engineering leads.
• Drive delivery schedules and launch readiness across multiple teams, including globally-distributed teams.
• Keep program charter and documentation current; track decisions and commitments.
• Build strong relationships with Engineering, Product, UX, Content, Finance, and go-to-market partners across US and international teams.
