Job summary

Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company, seeks a Senior Process Engineer in Supply Chain Engineering to lead Product & Process Engineering and drive GMP/ISO compliance. You will guide problem solving and implement continuous improvements at the San Lorenzo site.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 6+ years of experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong communication skills. Master’s degree and Six Sigma are desirable; EIT/PE license preferred. On-site in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master degree desirable.
• Minimum 6 years of applicable experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Six Sigma Certification highly desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• PR EIT/PE license preferred.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the technical support associates in Product & Process Engineering and mentor to engineers.
• Drive and coordinate continuous improvement and efficiency activities aligned with process and product capability.
• Plan, schedule, conduct and handle process engineering projects in New Product Introduction and Life Cycle Management.
• Ensure projects adhere to GMP/ISO compliance and are within budget.
• Represent Ethicon during internal, J&J Corporate and FDA audits of the validation process.
