Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in San Lorenzo, PR to lead a Product & Process Engineering group under GMP/ISO guidelines. You will guide problem resolution, drive continuous improvement, and align projects with corporate quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising engineering staff, planning major projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Master degree desirable.
• Six Sigma Certification highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the technical support associates in Product & Process Engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency activities aligned with process and product capability.
• Plan, schedule, and manage various process engineering projects (New Product Introduction, Life Cycle Management).
• Collaborate with San Lorenzo and Corporate groups to ensure GMP/ISO compliance and project success.
• Ensure projects are appropriately staffed, within budget, and meet safety standards.
