Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Master degree desirable.
• 6 years of applicable experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English).
• Six Sigma Certification highly desirable.
• EIT/PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical operations staff in Product & Process Engineering.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate capital projects and process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/ISO and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with site and corporate groups on schedules and requirements.
• Support budget planning, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and review technical documents, reports, and protocols.
