Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of experience is required in a maintenance manufacturing environment, R&D or Process Development
• Proven experience with validation cycle (FAT, IQ, OQ and PQ)
• Must be fully bilingual: Spanish & English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages projects of moderate to high complexity ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and business needs.
• Drive optimization of process output, equipment utilization, and yield improvements while managing budget and capital investment.
• Provide technical support to peers and production areas in evaluating process deficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Support manufacturing in day-to-day troubleshooting to increase production outputs and team capabilities.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs and government regulations; maintain procedures and contribute to GMP audits.
