Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain Engineering leader in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico. You will supervise a Product & Process Engineering group under the Site Senior Technical Operations Manager, guiding problem solving and continuous improvement within GMP/ISO compliance.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams, driving capital projects and process improvements, and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of applicable engineering experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Six Sigma certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Product & Process Engineering staff and mentor engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Plan and manage process engineering projects, including NPI and changes.
• Ensure projects meet GMP/ISO compliance and stay within budget.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to meet facility goals.
