Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced product leader to drive the multi-product platform, ensuring a clear, coherent, high-quality user experience that drives adoption and retention. You will shape strategy across groups, tackle complex product and platform challenges, and influence revenue impact for millions of designers and builders.
This full-time role can be based in a US hub or fully remote in the United States.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to drive sweeping changes across groups.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration & communication.
- Deep user empathy, appetite for complexity and a drive for simplicity.
- Track record of setting strategy and executing on major user-facing initiatives in large-scale, ambiguous environments.
- 5+ years managing PMs and coaching a senior bench of PMs.
- Strong systems thinking and UX judgment with high agency.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams that own shared user experiences across the company product suite.
- Set vision, strategy, and goals for workflows and interoperability.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and design to drive outcomes across teams.
- Hire, coach, and develop a senior bench of PMs.
