Job summary

Figma is seeking an experienced product leader to drive the multi-product platform experience, ensuring the user experience is clear, coherent, and of high craft. This role impacts adoption, retention, and collaboration metrics across groups and requires guiding complex, revenue-relevant product strategies.

This full-time role can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States, leading shared experiences, platform coherence, multiplayer, and the internal design system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing PMs, coaching a senior bench of PMs
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration & communication
• Deep user empathy, appetite for complexity and a drive for simplicity
• Strong systems thinking and UX judgment
• Ability to set strategy and execute major user-facing initiatives at scale

Responsibilities

• Lead teams that own shared user experiences across the Figma product suite, including platform coherence, multiplayer, collaborative experiences, and the internal design system (Figma Pattern Library)
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for workflows and interoperability; drive decisions forward and set high-quality PM craft
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design to deliver outcomes across teams and the company
• Hire, coach, and develop a senior PM bench across the group
