Figma is seeking an experienced, customer-centric product leader to drive the multi-product platform experience. You will ensure the user experience is clear, coherent, and high craft, spanning core product and platform challenges with real revenue impact.

In this full-time role, you can be based in a US hub or work remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will hire, coach, and develop a senior PM bench and work cross-functionally with engineering, data, and design to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing PMs and leading senior PMs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration & communication.
• Deep user empathy, appetite for complexity with a drive for simplicity.
• Experience setting strategy and executing major user-facing initiatives at scale (technical & product).
• Track record in multi-product environments and leading large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams owning shared user experiences across the Figma product suite, including platform coherence and collaboration features.
• Set vision and strategy for workflows and interoperability across groups.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design to drive cross-team outcomes.
