Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field plus 3 years of experience in Product Management/ Delivery (ex: product analyst, user researcher, product owner, etc.) or 5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of internal business software that translates complex operational challenges into sustainable solutions that optimize workforce planning and staff management in domestic and international airports.
• Own and prioritize the backlog for a cross-functional team of technologists, creating data-driven and automated solutions, and growing machine learning capabilities for American Airlines staff through the practice of Agile methodologies.
• Advocate for airport workforce and the customer throughout the product lifecycle – ensuring their needs are reflected in every stage of development.
• Influence intelligent solutions that drive staffing efficiency, on-time performance, and exceptional customer experience.
